NGI (No Gluten Ingredients) Most of our dishes are cooked using no-gluten ingredients, with a few exceptions marked with a “G” icon on the menu. We take great care in our kitchen. However, as all dishes are prepared in the same space, we cannot completely guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
